ERPNextBiometricService is not starting automatically

ERPNextBiometricService is not starting automatically when i tried to start it manually then error comes up with code 1053. I have attaching the screenshot of that error. Please resolve this as soon as possible. All suggestions and solutions are welcomed. error

Getting the same error - its due to a package being used in the code which does not work in windows service. I have posted a workaround in forums to use Windows Task Schedule instead, to schedule the script to be invoked every 5 mins. https://discuss.erpnext.com/t/erpnext-biometric-integration-windows-service-error/65318/4?u=saurabhn
