Hotkeys not working after resume from sleep

After I suspend and wake up my machine, the extension sometimes stops working. Here is a sample of logs from journalctl:

JS ERROR: TypeError: apps[id] is undefined
clickClosure/<@/home/deer/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions/[email protected]/extension.js:55:11

The problem can be solved by locking and unlocking the screen. I use the newest Fedora (29) with the 4.19.13-300.fc29.x86_64 #1 kernel.
