Refactoring

This PR upgrade the code as it is currently not working with recent frameworks and libraries. Below are the list of changes:

  1. Added dependencies in requirements.txt .
  2. Fixed a few bugs that are preventing the code from running.
  3. Fixed typo in code/run.sh script.
