Frank!Flow should detect config files if subproject is active

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When working with a frank and only a subproject is launched than it cant find the configs

Describe the solution you'd like Read if sub.project exists and then call configuration.subname.directory instead of configurations.directory
