Make dropdown fields easier to navigate

Describe the solution you'd like Change the select fields to datalists. This creates the option to also search through the dropdown options.

@diedekerkhof has worked on this and mentioned that the functionality of data lists is different depending on browser. It would still be a great UX feature, but we might hold it off for a bit.

I'll include the future feature label.
