startframe supported like https://slippilab.com/sample#200 starts paused because it would start playing before all animations are in, maybe I should figure out how to wait for that.

end frame will be similar, #200-400 or #200,400 maybe. Dunno how this will be controlled in the UI. Rename upload to share and add fields in the dialog maybe.
