Feature Request: Only notify enabled extensions

I find it annoying that disabled extension are notified, especially ones that are system installed

Sorry for my (very) late reply. I actually only found this! This is a really nice idea, thank you!

Just fyi, you can skip updates on system-wide extensions already from the options. But having an additional option to hide disabled extensions makes a lot of sense.
