[Feature request] Hide minimize/maximize/close button on blacklisted windows

Currently even blacklisted windows get the window controls.

Example:

In Firefox 60 -> Burger menu -> Customize -> On the bottom left corner untick "Title Bar"

This will enable CSD, which means that (finally) the title bar is used for tabs. However, this also means that FF no longer needs the extension, but blacklisting it will still display the min/max/close buttons.
