Make preferences work with gtk4 for gnome-shell >= 40.

In this merge request all features are working and compatibility with gtk3 is maintained. #41 has broken dialogs and breaks gtk3 compatibility. Resolve: #45 #44 #38

The next step is create the ui with libadwaita.
