The server build entry import was modified in the [RR7 upgrade PR](https://github.com/Shopify/hydrogen/pull/2866) to be a dynamic import. I'm not sure why since it works as a static import as well....

Embrace flakiness (hope not) Update: this currently fails because it needs the new cookie system to be rolled out in our backend. Let's park this PR here until that's ready.
