Setting IO-CAP

Open ghost opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Hi,

I've noticed, perhaps due to newer BlueZ versions, the io-cap gets auto-set by the operating system in Linux. Is there a way to bypass this?

For example, setting io-cap via Internalblue / btmgmt doesn't have an affect when connecting to another BT device, resulting in 51 auth/iocap.

Also are the patches you have developed for this paper (sec. 6.2) the same ones for BIAS or different onees? If they are different are they public?

Cheers, A
