Information synchronization with vim is troublesome.

so the bug appear if you have renamed in ranger a file already open in vim, right?

It also occurs after deleting file if the file has been open in vim.

I am not sure if I can do anything about that in ranger.vim... if you edit a file in ranger, it happen 'outside' vim and I don't think vim can be aware of this changes
