Doesn't work in IE9

SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'getAsBinary' formdata.js, line 27 character 17

As IE9 is the only browser that cannot be updated, it needs to work on IE9!

This library relies on file api that IE9 doesn't support, so it doesn't work in IE9.
