PHP: Generate Gettters and PHP: Generate Setters Commands are the same

When I choose PHP: Generate Getters it generates getter methods properly. When I choose PHP: Generate Setters it also will generate getter methods and not setter methods.

Same problem, installed from package manager, ST3

This issue still exists. Generating setters from the tools menu produces getters. Generating from the right-click context menu works however, though bizarrely it created private setters when I did that.

Problem still exists, there are no updates available when I look for updates with the ST3 package manager.
