GCC not beeing found

Hi , im trying to build this kernel from source to add some patches , ive synced GCC 4.9 from google and if i try to build the kernel it tells me toolchain not found , but i exported it properly and stock google kernel builds fine.

is there any special instruction for this kernel to build properly
