[Bug report]: Deleting rate limit setting not being saved

Describe the bug

Deleting the rate limit setting in an existing endpoint is not being saved.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Endpoints and edit any existing endpoint
2. If there is no existing Rate Limit setting, click on add and input any value, then click on Save
3. Edit the endpoint again
4. Click on the delete icon to delete the Rate Limit setting, then click on Save
5. Edit the endpoint again, you will see that the Rate Limit still exists

Expected behavior

The Rate Limit setting should be removed after deleting and saving.
