Xray does not work without OptiFine in launcher environment

As far as I know it, after installation of the forgehax Xray has just diamond_ore on the list. But when I turn on Xray It doesnt change anything. I can see everything as before enabling the Xray. What may be the cause? Texture packs shouldnt intefere that.

I think you need optifine. For some reason vanilla is broken
