[Feature Request] Add support of tags in search

Hello,

The search bar does not seem to search through tags.

I would like to be able to get posts having tags matching a given term.

For example, here is a post with several tags, including Hate

Here is the search result for the term hate

yeah that's true. So far I thought it might be enough to be able to find all posts belonging to a tag by clicking on the tag in the list view or/and in the tags page.
