More wrong IP (blacklist) smart matching

Some polluted DNS A records are randomly among an IP range, so it's difficult to cope with them by fqdns's current mechanism. Goagent has smarter feature to match these IP ranges like 183.207.229. and 183.207.232. Which are listed at the blacklist field of proxy.ini file of goagent.

Would you please to add this kind of matching capability to IP ranges?
