Mouse doesnt work

Hello, controller doesn't see any mouse movement, how to fix it? I have touchpad and USB mouse, i want to use USB (it also doesnt see touchpad). I am using Xbox Game Cloud on web browser, but i see on aplication when i move mouse it doesnt see it
