Support Foreflight API to get maps and airport charts

It would be awesome if AviTab could support charts and maps from Foreflight in the same way that it currently does for Navigraph. This would avoid having to pay for yet another map subscription for those who are currently using Foreflight. Foreflight seems to have an extensive API that would allow such integration.
