Is the account password wrong, or the device does not have the ONVIF protocol enabled? The account password for the ONVIF protocol needs to be configured separately.

Sorry but I'm not an expert of the Onvif protocol, I just "mavenized" the previous implementatino. If you are able to fix it I can merge your PR
