Yeah, that's my use case. But that brings about multiple "References" entries in the ToC.
Nesting `#list-one-by-one` and the like did not really work for me. Content from different nested lists gets uncovered in parallel.
(I have `experimentalFormatterMode` set to string `'on'` in my lspconfig. Not sure if that's how it works.)
Would be happily to implement this before #24, as to make sure to work on a formatted codebase. How about (f)o(u)rmolu?
