Possibility for syncing

Hi ! I do suffer from diabetes and wanted to thank you for sharing. But also, is it maybe possible to sync devices ? Like I have a sensor that monitors my bloodglucose 24/7. This syncs with my phone but also with the doctors computer. I would like to sync is with this server if you think this is possible.

I'm afraid I can't :( I looked for help about that but all that manufacturers device s don't allow free software to manage and comunicate with them . Many of you already asked that before but I found no help :( Sorry
