No Iommu group found

I have a problem while trying to pass through my GPU. I at least tried to do it, but I have an issue with the Iommu groups. The error messages says: qemu-system-x86_64: -device vfio-pci,host=08:00.0,bus=port.1,multifunction=on: vfio 0000:08:00.0: no iommu_group found: No such file or directory

If this is a very dumb question please don't embarrass me, I am very new to Linux. Also, I am using Manjaro Linux to run macOS Catalina. Tried using Sosumi before, not as good as this.

Any help is appreciated.
