I Can't Reinstall MacOS

Hi, I constantly get The request to the recovery server timed out when I try to Reinstall macOS Mojave. Please I need help on this.

I have tried using the Safari on the MacOS Utilities to access the internet just to test if I had access to the internet.

Try booting into safe mode: Press and hold the Shift key as Mojave starts up.

on the mac os utilities page, select utilities at the top and open terminal. then put this in nvram IASUCatalogURL="http://swscan.apple.com/content/catalogs/others/index-10.13-10.12-10.11-10.10-10.9-mountainlion-lion-snowleopard-leopard.merged-1.sucatalog" it should work
