Ok. To avoid all errors "Do the Following":

  1. Turn OFF Passcode of your iPhone/iPad
  2. Connect your phone on a USB 3.0 Slot, and connect the USB Boot Drive (the USB Drive that you flash using rufus) in to a USB 2.0 Slot.
  3. Turn OFF wifi or turn on Airplane Mode with wifi OFF (optional in case still getting errors)

Forgot to ask. What iPhone/iPad are you going to Jailbreak? and what iOS version is the device your going to Jailbreak?

Thanks for the reply. I have tried both USB 3.0 and 2.0. It's Apple TV 4 HD, IOS 14.0

Then try using Checkn1x instead of bootra1n because bootra1n is pre-release and has a lot of bugs. so try using Checkn1x its better and stable. this is tutorial video of checkn1x: Click Here!

Sad to hear that, Apple TV 4 should be compatible with checkra1n

was there an error?

mhm199 avatar Sep 25 '20 03:09 mhm199

The usb error was gone, everything went smoothly until a window poped saying "Check_Snapshot_Error code". It happened after checkra1n process bar was finished, and can't see any jailbreak icons at the home screen. Tried to restore the device, still the same.
