Add Chromium Snapshot folder support for Linux & MacOS

Support for Chromium based browser Snapshots was added in #680. This PR just adds support for Windows Snapshot folders. Additional support for Linux and MacOS is wanted.

Some research into how, where and when these snapshots occur on Linux and MacOS systems is still needed.
