`target-shell` MFT support

Opening Acquire container with target-shell only shows the files and directories that are part of the container.

It would be nice if target-shell loads the MFT as a filesystem. This way an analyst can browse trough the filesystem before loading all MFT records into a search platform.

While possible, ASDF is the desired solution for this since it will also work on all other filesystems (i.e. Linux systems).
