Webinterface - Wifi Hotspot

It would be great to have a wifihotspot started once no known wifi is available and a simple webserver running. This way you could connect to this Hotspot (by smartphone for example) and connect it to a different WiFi. I know it is possible just not very good in digging into this code to change but not break it.
