Upgrading the plugin to be compatible with Grafana 9.0

This plugin has undergone testing across Grafana versions 8.0 to the latest release, Grafana 10.0.

We have transitioned the plugin to utilise ReactJS and TypeScript, as AngularJS support has been deprecated.
