Companion PR to https://github.com/fourkitchens/emulsify/pull/322. Must be merged and deployed at the same time.

  • Moves ESLint from devdeps to full deps.
  • Updates to Babel 7 from Babel 6
  • Removes babel config from Emulsify Gulp into recommended config file
  • Runs a custom Pattern Lab script through Babel
