Error while trying to load a DICOM image using dicomViewerlib

I updated the library and the demo app to Angular 10 and to the latest version of Cornerstone. Please see if the error persists.

Is there any option to add new tools like freehand roi and text marker tool? How to achieve this? Is there any workaround if the tools are not provided?

Not at the moment, but seems like a good enhancement. I'll put it on my list.
