Unable to download giter behind the proxy

[30atm]

Hi, We are using enterprise artifactory to manage dependencies. For scala/java dependencies we use the lightbend ivy repo (https://dl.bintray.com/typesafe/ivy-releases/) & maven central repo

Is it possible to make the giter8 plugin available in those repos
