Custom design of character and items sheets

two questions...

  1. Are there any way I can make my own design of the character and items sheets? CSS? what file do I change?

  2. When editing attributes, the edit mode doesn't disappear? Even for Players the edit mode is still there. I just want them to see the attributes and set fields not be able to add more.
