Regeneration/Fast Healing data sections on NPCs

Currently NPCs do not send reminders for fast healing nor regeneration. Since Fast Healing / Regeneration are part of NPC statblocks rather than discrete abilities, they should have data entry fields in the npc sheet and then create fast healing/regeneration rule elements or a synthetic effect with that rule element during data preparation.
