Some way to create feat section and slots

Rule Element that can create a Feat Section, and populate it with slots of particular type (class, general, skill, or a custom browser search) at specific levels. This would allow an Effect to unlock custom type Free Archetype, such as only at L1, 3 and 5 but not any more, or on all even levels (L2, L4, L6...) etc.

Is there an example of this within PF2e core rules? Otherwise this is our of scope of the system.

Could this work for the fighter class features that let you change feats daily? (Combat Flexibility and Improved Flexibility)

creating a feat section for this purpose probably isn't correct, allowing a reselection of the slot and showing an "empty slot" for the current grants if there's no selection will solve the fighter feature use cases.

For the purposes of a custom free archetype, we should add UI in the homebrew tab. That would likely be the correct approach to these things. Then it wouldn't have to adhere to rules like an effect needs to.
