Rules element to adjust or replace description text in a Foundry item (feat, action, etc)

It would be helpful if rules elements let you replace or add to the text in the description of an item in Foundry, including a different item.

To give an example, this would let a kobold with a red draconic exemplar have their Kobold Breath feat show a cone of fire damage with a reflex DC, and then later add another line with increased damage/area if they take Dragon's Breath.
