Monk's non-Class DC Ki spellcasting entries don't get Expert at Level 9

User Qdeta brought up a problem in Discord with his Ki spellcasting entry not getting expert proficiency when he reached level 9. Was able to confirm that Class DC-based Spellcasting Entries do work properly, but the phrasing in the Monk class definition make it sound like that's the wrong approach.When you first gain a ki spell, decide whether your ki spells are divine or occult spells. You are trained in spell attack rolls and spell DCs of that tradition, and your key spellcasting attribute is Wisdom. Using a regular spellcasting entry, the proficiency does not increase at level 9.
