Crafter's Appraisal Automation

I apologize if this request already exists somewhere, but I would like a way for the Identify Magic Item to include Crafting for cases such as where Crafter's Appraisal is applicable. Currently, I can just have a manual roll happen and compare it to the DC myself, but I would prefer if automation existed. The options I am referring to are shown in the image below.
