Changing door mode from 'both' to 'left/right' makes door control invisible and prevents perception update

Short Description of bug: Changing direction of door from Both to either Left/Right renders the door icon invisible. Icon remains invisible if door changed back to Both.
Simple steps to reproduce the bug: Note: tested on Simple World Building. Original effect seen on Call of Cthulhu (Unofficial) 0.9.1.
- Create a door with direction: Both. Save. Observe door icon is visible.
- Edit door to direction: Left or Right. Save. Observe icon is invisible.
- Edit door to direction: Both. Save. Observe icon is still invisible.
In addition, while icon is invisible, does not reset areas lit through open door with door state closed. Not to be confused with Fog Exploration.
Requires F5 restart to render icon visible again and reset lit areas..
I was able to reproduce the issue with the door control not redrawing, but I wasn't able to reproduce the behaviour of vision seemingly not updating. It's possible the wall direction was such that it looked like vision was not being blocked when it was actually being correctly allowed through based on direction.
