Updated version of the PR by @absymylyar (https://github.com/foundryvtt/dnd5e/pull/3416), switching to formulas for the calculation plus a few other tweaks.

Future Work

  • [ ] Display preparation limit on character sheet
  • [ ] Calculate total preparation limit for multi-classing characters
  • [ ] Determine how many spells are currently prepared per-class
