Add "Attack" as an activation cost

Increasingly in official and 3rd party supplements there are abilities that have a line like "When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of your attacks..." that are meant to work alongside Extra Attack. Having an activation cost of "Attack" would be a good way to label these.

I requested the same thing a year ago here: #2052 You have a great point regarding features that replace attacks, though. I forgot to mention those in my own post. The Fizban's book Dragonborn races come to mind, as they can replace one of their attacks with their Breath Weapon feature.

Github's search is so bad, I searched Attack but because it only does exact matches yours didn't come up. Seems like this could be closed as a duplicate.
