Integrate cairo highlighting (custom `highlight.js`) into our documentation

This needs to be integrated into our ci (this file should be swapped whenever we run the CI)

The md files need to be updated to include cairo instead of rust highlighting. (both snforge and sncast)

Note: Please do test this manually before it's released to the public

This task should be followed with a documentation release IF it's not been updated on main since the previous release.
