Allow to pass an account to script functions

We should allow to pass an account to scripts functions, that will be used to run those functions. A design doc should be first made to propose an interface.

Hi @vibenedict , thanks for your interest in the task. This one, however, is probably a bit too complex for a newcomer, I'm afraid (it requires a design document first, and generally is not clearly defined atm). I know you were interested on other issues as well, so I think we will fid something more suitable :)
