fix: Make Vm.sign accepting Wallet pure

Vm.sign and Vm.signCompact accepting private keys wrapped in Wallet have no reason to not be pure. The versions accepting plain private keys are pure while being equivalent minus the convenience of accessing wallet.privateKey for you.
