Some more verifiers have been added such as Sourcify and Blockscout, the command references should reflect this

It looks like the docs for verify params were updated to include Sourcify and Blockscout in #600. Should more information be included?

@onbjerg just following up to see what you thought about my comment above. Looks like this might also apply to https://github.com/foundry-rs/book/issues/529 unless I'm missing something.
