Doc re-ordering: merge Solidity Scripting into Deploying and Verifying

Hi all,

I think Solidity Scripting can be merged into Deploying and Verifying as the goal is the same, only the method changes.

Also, it might be worth to put Solidity Scripting as the first sub-chapter

Deploying and verifying via scripts should be mentioned in this section, so those who are learning know there's an alternative way. It's likely many are going to prefer it for their workflow.

Provide minimal examples and direct them to learn more about Solidity Scripting.

Unsure what you mean by this, do you mean the first chapter (e.g. before "Tests") should be Solidity scripting?
