Groupable listings/layout rework

Some listings or even some search result sets have much tags/functions linked. So it is not easy to grasp. Could tags/functions be grouped by listings (in search) or by first letter?

If it should be up to the user there could be a JavaScript solution using some sort of lightweight api endpoint.

It would be good to have a list mode where the description can be displayed. Alternatively we could use tooltips/popovers.
