Cohesive docs / Tags and their param tags

I know that separate docs are needed for sublime's CFML plugin to work properly. But some tags have massive intersections (some parent tags with their parent tags) for example. They often share same parameters or same notes (for example cfpdf and cfpdfpparam).

The value of "related" stores "functions which could be used instead or belong to the same group", but there could be something like "needs to be used together/before/after/inside/outside".
